#12 – Find a hobby.

A great way to clear your mind with endless tasks from your to-do list is to focus on something creative.  Give your mind a break from your normal routine and you might find this “healthy distraction” is actually very relaxing and enables  you to focus on other tasks later without being tempted away by distractions.
