28 Days of Reducing Distractions – Tips 8 & 9
Tip 8 – Workout in the morning.
We’ve all heard that people who workout in the mornings are more apt to keep up with their fitness routines than those who put it off until later in the day. An added bonus of working out in the morning to “getting it over with” is – you also don’t have to think about it all day long. No more “oh, I need to workout tonight”. It’s over and done with, you clear your head and that is once less thing to think about all day long.
Tip 9 – Unsubscribe
I’ve been doing this over the last few months. I’ll admit, it has been tedious and annoying at times, but unsubscribing to unwanted emails has helped clear my inbox from all the useless clutter. Whether you intentionally subscribed to a newsletter and are just no longer interested or if you were put on a list – you won’t hurt anyone’s feelings if you opt out. And opening up your inbox to less emails to read is really a nice feeling.
