I’m a little late starting this month – so we’ll have to do a tiny catch-up and double up for a couple of days. But today’s tips are related.
#2 & 3 – – Turn off the radio and TV.
Even if they are just on in the background, the noise and movement coming from either the radio or TV (or similar devices) can be a huge distraction. Embrace the quiet and let your mind fully focus on the task at hand.
